MCA Invites You to a Free Medical Check-Up & Red Drop Camp 2026

The Mangalore Cultural Association (MCA) is pleased to invite all community members to the Free Medical Check-Up & Red Drop Camp 2026, a health and wellness initiative aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and saving lives through blood donation.

The event is being organized in cooperation with Hamad Medical Corporation for blood donation and Reyada Medical Centre for health screening services.

Time: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Venue: Reyada Medical Centre, C Ring Road, Doha

Free Medical Check-Up Services

Participants can avail the following health screening services free of charge:

• Blood Pressure

• Blood Sugar

• Total Cholesterol

• SGOT

• SGPT

• Creatinine

• Uric Acid

• Vision Test

Before Your Medical Check-Up

• Get at least 6 hours of sleep.

• Fast for 8–10 hours before the test.

Blood Donation Eligibility

You may donate blood if you:

• Are between 18 and 65 years of age

• Weigh 50 kg or more

• Have not had any recent illness or surgery

Before Donating Blood

• Get at least 6 hours of sleep.

• Eat a light meal before donation.

• Please note: Blood donation is not permitted if you have visited a malaria-endemic region within the last 3 months.
